Who keeps your data
DIGITAL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD, UIC (EIK) 204471845, Bulgaria (“DIGTE”) runs mmais.biz and commerce.mmais.biz and is the controller of the data below. Reach us through digte.eu/contact, or reply to any email we send you.
What we keep
- Your name, work email and company, as you typed them into the demo form.
- What you wrote about your process or your shop.
- When you sent it and the IP address you sent it from, as a record of your consent.
Why
To arrange and prepare the demo you asked for. The legal basis is your request and your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We send one confirmation and then write only about this demo.
Where and for how long
On our own server in the European Union. We do not sell or share it, and these pages use no analytics or advertising trackers. A request is deleted 12 months after the demo unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: reply to our email or write to us. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the authority where you live.
